Congratulations, friend!!
If you're on this page, that means you're getting married- congratulations!! I couldn't be more honored knowing that you're considering me to capture your big day. I am a firm believer that your wedding photographer should never be someone who just has pretty images; your wedding photographer should be someone who is trustworthy, punctual, and also your friend! The photographer you choose for your wedding day is going to be with you for the rest of your life. I mean, after all, they are literally capturing one of the best days of your life and creating meaningful memories for you!! I can't wait to chat more with you and see if we're a match!

Capturing the Most Important Parts of Your Day
My approach to your wedding day is simple: I'm there for the most important moments. I absolutely love capturing everything from all of the little details like the intricate beading on your dress, the cologne you've picked out for your soon-to-be-husband, and even the table toppers that nobody else but you two will remember. To the big moments like the first look from the father of the bride in her dress, the very first kiss as husband and wife, and even the laughter and tears that come from the toasts. My mission is to capture your day as effortlessly as possible while still delivering imagery that will last you for generations to come.

What Sets Me Apart

Turn Around Time
Typically, it's standard for wedding photographers to have your finished images delivered within 10-12 weeks time. But when you hire me, not only can I ensure a 6-8 week turnaround timeframe, but you'll also receive your sneak peek slideshow within 1 week from the day after your wedding day!

Friendship
As I mentioned earlier, your wedding photographer should not just be someone who takes pretty pictures. Your wedding photographer should also be someone who you can call your friend. More than likely, I know your biggest fears, what you're wanting most out of this wedding, and someone you're constantly talking to after you've hired me, so it is crucial that we have an amazing relationship!

Heirloom Products
I am a firm believer that your photos deserve to be displayed and shown well past social media. They deserve a beautiful album with a cover that makes people gasp. They deserve to be on a beautiful canvas that's hung over your TV for guests to see. And they deserve to be preserved for a lifetime. Because let's face it, we aren't really sure how long Facebook is going to last, are we? (I mean, remember MySpace?)

Your Wedding Investment
When you hire Color in Chaos Photography to be your wedding photographer, the process is very quick and easy. In order to hold your day and time on my calendar, you'll need to first, sign the contract(s) that is sent via email or that I have brought with me (if we are having our consultation in person). Once the contract(s) is signed, you'll be required to pay my retainer fee. Because I will be turning other potential clients away on this date, my retainer fee is nonrefundable, nor does it go towards any of the wedding collections. I cannot secure your date and time on my calendar until both of those steps are completed.
The only amount that is due at the time of booking is the nonrefundable $500.00. This retainer fee ensures that I am 100% available for you, and you alone! It covers all of the prepping that I'll be doing leading up to your big day, my time and skill the day of your wedding, and the time it takes for me to cull and edit your gallery. And let's not forget your sneak peek slideshow!

Bridal Boudoir Session
A Bridal Boudoir Session that is included with a wedding collection typically lasts around 90 minutes (with hair and makeup it's about 2 and half hours total). You'll be in the comfort of your hotel suite (if desired to have these photos taken the week of your wedding/where you're staying), my master hair and makeup stylist will travel, and you'll be in your gorgeous wedding gown as well as the intimate lingerie pieces you've chosen to wear (if any). Depending on when you've scheduled your boudoir session, you'll have a private ordering appointment to create your album. Of course, after you've seen your images, you are able to upgrade to a full collection with R.H.L Boudoir if desired. Regardless of if you choose to upgrade or not, you'll receive a beautiful luxury 8x8 album with 15 professionally retouched images as well $125.00 in print credit to spend with R.H.L Boudoir!
Your boudoir session does not include any digital images.
Your images can 100% not ever be displayed in my portfolio, or you can choose to show only a few and even all of them; your comfort and trust is my main focus. I understand that every bride and every situation is different, so our consultation is extremely important for this part of your investment!

FAQ
How much coverage do I need?
The right amount of coverage will depend on which parts of the day are most important for you to have captured! I'd love to schedule a phone call or coffee consultation to chat with you more about what amount of coverage will be best for your day!
Who is the photographer with R.H.L Boudoir?
That would be me! You and I are working together literally every step of the way once you book with me. I've created a DBA under Color in Chaos Photography in order to separate the two genres (for the most part), but R.H.L Boudoir is still 100% me!
Will your second photographer be with us for everything?
Short answer: yes. Literal answer: no. Tracy does sometimes come along to engagement sessions with me, but this is really more so that she gets to meet the both of you. She will not join us for your boudoir session- I will be the only photographer for that. And for the wedding, Tracy is my plus 1. She captures the groomsmen getting ready (b/c I'm focusing on you and your girls), she'll capture all of the decorations while I'm capturing the details on your dress, and she also ensures that I don't miss anything to ensure a perfect photo (like your maid of honor wearing a hair tie on her wrist). So even though there are two of us, and we'll be in the same vicinity a majority of the time, we are capturing different elements to ensure you have every single memory.
Can I exchange parts of your wedding collections?
Because I have taken the time to properly price myself, my second photographer, and also my products, I cannot exchange anything in my collections. However, you are more than welcome to purchase additional!
When and how will we see our images?
I always like to send a sneak peek slideshow (with a gallery) within 1 week from the day after your wedding! Because I know you'll be dying to see the rest, my typical turnaround time is 6-8 weeks and your images will be sent in a custom online gallery via email.
Do you travel?
Yes, and I love to! Weddings that take place more than 90 miles from Venice, Florida will have additional travel fees for roundtrip travel and overnight accommodations. Travel fees will vary dependent on location.

Ready to Book Your Wedding with Me?
If all of this sounds like a dream to you, I would be so thrilled to work with you and your fiance! I really value getting to know my couples personally and would absolutely love to set up a time to meet in person or schedule a phone call so we can chat and dive into more of the exciting plans!
If you're ready to say yes to being a Color in Chaos bride and want to make it all official (yay!), the next step is to pay the nonrefundable retainer fee and sign a contract to secure your date! I do all of my booking via a custom online client portal for us to use throughout your engagement to access the contract, invoices, and resources I will send to help plan out all of the details for your day!
