What Sets Me Apart
Turn Around Time
Typically, it's standard for family photographers to have your finished images delivered within 4-8 weeks time. But when you hire me, not only can I ensure a 2-3 week turnaround timeframe, but you'll also receive updates throughout my process.
Friendship
As I mentioned earlier, your family photographer should not just be someone who takes pretty pictures. Your family photographer should also be someone who you can call your friend. More than likely, I know what you're wanting most out of this session, and someone you're constantly talking to after you've hired me, so it is crucial that we have an amazing relationship!
Heirloom Products
I am a firm believer that your photos deserve to be displayed and shown well past social media. They deserve a beautiful album with a cover that makes people gasp. They deserve to be on a beautiful canvas that's hung over your fireplace for guest/s to see. And they deserve to be preserved for a lifetime. Because let's face it, we aren't really sure how long Facebook is going to last, are we? (I mean, remember MySpace?)
Your Investment
When you hire Color in Chaos Photography to be your family photographer, the process is very quick and easy. In order to hold your day and time on my calendar, you'll need to first, sign the contract(s) that is sent via email or that I have brought with me (if we are having our consultation in person). Once the contract(s) is signed, you'll be required to pay the $350 retainer fee. Because I will be turning other potential clients away on this date, my retainer fee is nonrefundable, but it does go towards any of my collections. I cannot secure your date and time on my calendar until both of those steps are completed.
The only amount that is due at the time of booking is the nonrefundable retainer fee. This retainer fee ensures that I am 100% available for you, and you alone! It covers all of the prepping that I'll be doing leading up to your session, my time and skill the day of the session, and the time it takes for me to cull and edit your gallery.
FAQ
How Long Is Your Turn Around Time?
Typically, you have a same-day reveal of your images! They'll only be lightly edited, so once you've chosen your photos, it'll take me about 3 additional days to completely edit and deliver your gallery.
How Does Your Same-Day Reveal Work?
Wherever we are, whether it's near my studio or near your house, I'll need about an hour and thirty minutes to go through your images. Once that's finished, you'll head back to my studio or I'll head back to you, and you'll see your photos!
What If I Pre-Paid for a Collection but Now I Want to Upgrade?
You're more than welcome to! You would just need to pay the difference. I am always okay with someone wanting to invest in more photos and products. I do not allow downgrades, though.
